Our clinic does not offer walk-in appointments. We kindly request that all patients speak to our medical office assistant to schedule appointments in advance.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule may result in a missed appointment charge of $50.00. Multiple no-shows may be ground for dismissal from practice

Please note that certain services are not covered by MSP (Medical Services Plan) and will be charged to your account. A list of non-MSP services is posted by the door of the clinic, or you may inquire with our medical office assistants (MOAs) for more information.
